Shipping & Delivery

Filo Artisan Trade is located in the western suburbs 30 km from city of Melbourne and delivers to all Australian major cities and metro addresses (residential and commercial addresses). All items in our online store are physically in our stock at the time you place your order.

FILO ARTISAN TRADE utilises Australia Post to send your packages. Find out estimated delivery times for different states and territories here.

Standard Shipping (2-4 business days - up to 5 kgs) - $10.00

Express Shipping (1-2 business days - up to 5 kgs) - $15.00

Pick up / Local delivery (within 5km of Caroline Springs) - FREE

Bulk Orders (over 5kgs) - shipping cost is price on application

We dispatch orders on Mondays - Wednesdays (standard shipping) to make sure chocolates arrive in its optimal condition. Please note that  we do not arrange delivery during the weekends, official Australian local and interstate public holidays. Delivery times are a guideline only and subject to change. You may experience slightly longer delivery times due to the COVID-19 pandemic or other issues that are unforeseen or unavoidable events beyond our reasonable control.

COVID-19 UPDATED DELIVERY AND PICK UP PRACTICE

 Delivery of your Order

To limit contact when delivering orders, all carriers are now defaulting deliveries to authority to leave (ATL) where possible and will not be requesting signature from the customer or receiver.

As such, Filo Artisan Trade will not be able to take responsibility for conditions beyond our control such as temperature damage to chocolates (i.e, melting) due to a delivery left unattended or longer than delivery times.

Picking up your order at Caroline Springs, VIC

Free Pick up is still available for orders placed online. Select “Pick Up” option in the Shipping section. We'll advise you when your order is ready to collect. Ring us or send an sms when you're already outside the location.

Collection address: 2 Sherdley Green Caroline Springs, VIC 3023 from 10am to 6pm daily.

NOTE This is for collection of online orders only, there is no shop where you can see the products.
